Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. For ongoing maintenance contracts, payment is due monthly in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with 48 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may incur charges.

Liability

PlantPulse will perform services with professional care and skill. We are not responsible for plant mortality due to weather conditions, disease, or inadequate care after service completion.

Property Access

Client must provide safe and reasonable access to work areas. Any damage to property due to hidden hazards or unsafe conditions is not our responsibility.

Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
